The Daycare at St. Joseph’s is authorized and operated as required by the laws of the State of Wisconsin which recognize our daycare as an extension of St. Joseph’s Elementary School. We are in full compliance with state law.
We require that you visit our facility with your child before enrolling. This will provide you with an opportunity to observe our location, staff and program in action. At that time you will be provided with an application and other necessary forms. Prior to a child’s first day, all supplied forms need to be completed and returned.
For the child’s safety, every child must be brought directly to a staff person by the adult bringing the child. If your child is expected and not coming, be sure to call us. Children will be dismissed only to an adult whose name is on the child’s application. For any other person to pick up a child, we must be previously notified by the parent.
OUR CHILD CARE PROGRAM does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, age, handicap, or national origin.
6:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday
When you arrive for daycare do not ring the doorbell. Walk in and go directly to the daycare center. If you need to call the daycare center, do not call before 6:45 AM or after 5:30 PM.
The Center closes at 6:00 P.M. daily. We realize that there may be emergencies from time to time. If you are going to be late picking up your child, call the Center and let us know the anticipated time of your arrival. There is a minimum $5.00 charge per minute if a child is picked up after 6:00 P.M. This fee is paid to the staff person on duty at the time the child is picked up.
